Linear Roller Bearing Slides
XYZ Machine Tools makes use of linear roller bearing slide technology for high-speed, high-precision applications that also call for enhanced slideway stiffness and rigidity whilst cutting. These slideways provide a larger bearing contact area and can be found on the XYZ 1060 HS and XYZ UMC-5X high speed five-axis machines, where they provide optimum cutting performance for the applications that these machines face.

The XYZ 1600 TMC goes above and beyond the workshop standard. Offering 1,600 x 660 x 635 mm travels, 8,000 rpm spindle, 20 station carousel and the ProtoTRAK® RMX control. Using the latest linear rail technology combined with the flexibility of the ProtoTRAK® RMX control, the machine can be used both manually with the optional handwheels or in full CNC for serious production. The power and capability of the XYZ 1600 TMC offers real advantages to the modern-day workshop.
