Most vehicle owners, even non-engineers, understand that routine maintenance is required for smooth, trouble-free, running. The same applies to machine tools, all machine tools. That’s why XYZ provides tailor-made service plans for all of its machine tools.

XYZ Aftercare Support
Every new XYZ machine tool comes with a 12 month parts and labour warranty as standard but this can be extended up to an additional 4 years (therefore 5 years in total) subject to max run time of 2,000 hours pa. Relax and take comfort in a fixed cost extended warranty or annual service from XYZ and protect your investment.
Please note, extended warranties must be purchased during an active warranty period and be serviced annually or every 2,000 hrs (whichever is sooner).

There are eight types of Annual Service Plans to ensure the perfect running of your machine tool. The type of plan you need depends on which XYZ machine tool you have purchased.
- Manual machine
- ProtoTRAK machines and 2-OP
- Machining centres (incl. LPM)
- Turning centres
- UMX 4+1 and UMX-5X
- Bridge Mill, 2010 series and TMC range
- XL and Oil country lathes
- Sub spindle
These XYZ Service Plans are completely optional, in the same way as regularly servicing your car is optional.
