FREE Classroom Based ProtoTRAK® Training Days

When you buy a CNC machine from XYZ Machine Tools, you will be given training from one of our experienced training engineers, tailored for the machine and your company needs. But we now also offer FREE training courses on the ProtoTRAK® RMX and RLX controls.

These courses are ideal for people needing a refresher course, with the focus on the ProtoTRAK® control, and are aimed at the following people:

    • Qualified Machinists – ideally in CNC or manual machining
    • Experienced Machinists who don’t have the qualifications but want to update their knowledge
    • Machinists who want to gain knowledge of XYZ machines and controls, to enhance their skills

We provide a full day of training to help you keep in touch with new developments on the control, and increase your knowledge. A typical 1 day course starts at 9am and finishes at 4.30pm, providing a broad scope on the controls, and we will even provide lunch. The key course subjects will include:

      • Introduction to the ProtoTRAK® RX control
      • DRO & manual functions
      • Tool table set-up
      • EPA (Enhanced ProtoTRAK® Assistance) Overview
      • Programming sample drawings with ProtoTRAK® canned cycles
      • Advanced programming features
      • Loading & saving programs & datums

We will also answer any questions so you learn the elements you need and everyone who completes the course will receive a certificate.

Every month we hold FREE Training courses on the ProtoTRAK RMX / RLX controls with limited spaces available.

We are often adding to our list of training dates, so please complete the form below if you are interested, and we will be in contact to confirm the next available courses you can choose from.
