Area Sales Engineer
Department: Field Sales
Location: Midlands
Areas Covered: Various TBC – Availability needed to work between existing sales areas.
Working hours: Full time, permanent
We are looking for an enthusiastic driven salesperson, ideally in a sales role. Engineering or machining experience advantageous but full training will be given.

Main Responsibilities:
- Working with assigned accounts in your allocated area, ensuring they receive the highest customer care, and we service their needs as their business develops.
- Arranging demonstrations of the full product range to current and new customers.
- Generating your own leads and building new relationships with those potential customers.
- Closing leads and opportunities.
- Reporting on area development and progress.

CNC Machine Tools Field Service Engineers
Department: Service & Aftersales
Location: Based in the North of England, though role will be nationwide.
Working hours: Full time – permanent
We are looking for an experienced CNC service engineer ideally from within the machine tool industry to join our dedicated team of field-based service engineers (turning & milling experience would be a strong advantage).
The successful applicant will have done a minimum of a 4-year apprenticeship in the engineering sector preferably with machining experience. The applicant should be comfortable working with machine tools & have excellent communication skills. Experience with ProtoTRAK® and Siemens controlled machines beneficial although not essential as training will be given on control requirements of the machines.
Main responsibilities
- Carry out installation, commissioning, and servicing of manual and CNC machine tools
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximise machine reliability and uptime
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting at customer premises
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams (service desk, parts, technical support) to ensure efficient resolution of issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Full training is provided and will initially be at our Devon HQ and further training will be given onsite by senior team members – as well as an ongoing training programme with a personal development plan to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
Please note: role will involve some nights away and visits to customer sites, and XYZ showrooms nationally
